How do I create a new promotion?

Log in to your dashboard and click Create New Promotion in the left-hand menu. You can choose between a stamp card, points-based loyalty program, or a custom referral campaign. Follow the setup wizard to configure your promotion details, reward structure, and customer eligibility.

Can customers join without downloading the app?

Yes! Customers can join your loyalty program by scanning a QR code at your business, entering their phone number, or following a referral link. They can then track their rewards directly from their phone without needing to download a separate app.

How do I edit my business information?

Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Account Settings. From there, you can edit your business name, contact details, hours, and other account information. Updates will apply across your entire LoyaltyValet profile.

Where can I view my analytics?

The Analytics page, located in the left-hand menu, provides detailed insights into customer engagement and business performance. You can track promotion usage, loyalty card redemptions, and overall customer activity to better understand what drives repeat visits.

Can my employees/staff use LoyaltyValet?

Yes. Your staff can download the LoyaltyValet Business Admin App and log in with their assigned credentials. Within the app, they'll be able to scan customer QR codes, validate and redeem rewards, and apply active promotions. Only the account owner can manage staff access through Account Settings → Team Members.

How secure is my business and customer data?

We take data security seriously. All information transmitted through LoyaltyValet is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. Business owners have full control over their loyalty programs, while customer data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.
